The Beautiful 4-Slice Toaster with Touch-Activated Display is a four-slot toaster from actress Drew Barrymore's kitchenware company 'Beautiful by Drew'. This higher-end toaster has a modern look, with a steel body and a touch-sensitive interface. It features a small handful of presets intended for toasting bagels, frozen bread, and denser gluten-free items. Its slots are deep enough to accommodate a wide variety of bread types and raise bread high enough to easily grab shorter slices without burning yourself.
The Beautiful 4-Slice Toaster with Touch-Activated Display is great. Its slots are deep enough to fit a variety of items and lift high enough so that you can easily grab smaller pieces of bread without burning yourself. It also toasts bread very evenly and browns bread consistently after multiple batches. Unfortunately, it lacks a countdown indicator to tell you when your toast will be ready. It also only has seven shade presets, with no option to select more granular 'in-between' settings to toast your bread exactly how you like. None of the presets produce perfect golden-brown white sandwich bread in one go either, so you'll have to play around with multiple shorter toasting cycles if that's something you want. It's more than capable of charring white bread at higher settings, which is great if you want to quickly toast denser items.
The Beautiful 4-Slice Toaster with Touch-Activated Display is available in several color schemes: White Icing, Black Sesame, Oyster Grey, Sage Green, and Cornflower Blue. We tested the White Icing model, and you can see the label for the test unit here.

The Beautiful 4-Slice Toaster with Touch-Activated Display is a high-end four-slot toaster. It has wide, deep slots that can fit a variety of bread types, and it's fully capable of browning denser items in one cycle. That said, unlike alternatives like the Cuisinart Custom Select 4-Slice Toaster RBT-1350PC, you can't select shade settings in half-increments, which gives you a little less control in choosing how toasted you want your bread to be. Despite its powder-coated steel body, it isn't as heavy as alternatives like the Breville Die-Cast 4-Slice Smart Toaster, which is great if you need to pick it up or put it back on a shelf regularly.

This toaster features seven distinct shade settings, but unlike many other alternatives, you can't select any half-increments between them, giving you a bit less control over how toasted you want your bread to be. It does feature a few presets for different kinds of items. There's a 'Bagel' setting that turns down the elements on one side to avoid burning the bottom of your bagel, and the 'Frozen' setting is meant to thaw frozen items like waffles before toasting. Unusually, there's also a 'Gluten Free' setting that adds roughly 10 seconds to the default presets to better brown denser gluten-free bread.
